My oldest just go accepted to App last night, we are all so excited. Anyone else got a new Mountaineer this Spring or fall?
I know, I know, who cares, but I figured if anyone would understand my joy, it would be some of you old farts on here. So excited to be able to see my kid every gameday for the next 4 years. (Don't ruin it if you thought the same thing and your kids never came by your tailgate . . .

Free food and money… they’ll come by.
And congratulations!

My daughter always loved coming by our tailgate. Like stated above, free food and money the staples of college life. Congrats!

I get excited when my 7 year old asks if he can wear his App State hoody. Can't imagine the excitement you're feeling. Congratulations!

Sort of quoting Adam Witten on the network...**and that's an App Orange touchdown!**
Proud triple-degree App grad--Classes of '66, '70 and '81.
If it happens to the Apps, it happens to me!

Congrats App Orange, I've sent 4 up that mountain and the final two are 1 semester away from graduating. It flies by, enjoy every moment of it. And WVAPPeer I have 2 grandsons that wear there App gear, hopefully I'm still around in 15 years to see them climb that mountain.

Both my boys went to App and both would bring their friends and come to our tailgate. It was the highlight of my week without question. Sincere congratulations. It's about to get really fun.

Congrats! I remember my son getting that acceptance email. Not sure who was more excited. He'll graduate this May and I'll be proud of that too and be ready to end those tuition payments.

Congrats. I’m the only one in the family giving tuition money to App currently. 16 year old wants nothing to do with App. I have hope for the 11 and 7 year olds.
