Any insight as to whether we’ll see that Interim title removed or not? From what I have been told by friends still working at App, she is nearly unanimously loved by staff and faculty there, as she has risen to the occasion very quickly and brings a warmth to the office that was missing in Everts.

I’m really, really hoping that this is a non political appointee, one that gets App, meaning it’ll be Heather.

Based on what I am hearing I agree. Big for football and makes me optimistic about the rumors I have heard regarding our future in realignment. I actually think we are going to have at least 2 options and maybe 3 or 4. Just keeping fingers crossed that things keep falling into place. Now we just have to win on the football field. We really need a good performance in all facets against Boise State and Oregon State this year to start the year off right.

UNC pres Hans said "go neers" at the end of his speech and it felt so awkward.

It was only about a 10 minute announcement session. They just came back live, wham bam thsnk you mam and then adjourned until April. Chancellor Norris wasn't present for the meeting as I'm sure she is gearing up for her meet and greet.

Personally psyched about Interim Chancellor Norris. I actually had a great interaction with her while I was a student in COB. Only asking this because I'm ignorant. Why is she good news for the football program specifically?
