And Alumni Hall's selection is far nicer than local stores. I still try to support them, but not always easy to find the good stuff.

Mountaineer Mania seems to have fallen off a cliff.

The change in ownership hasn't gone well. The new owners tried to make it their own and I guess you could say they did indeed.

My favorite part of going into Mountaineer Mania as a student was just checking out all of the vintage college logo decals on the walls. When the new owners came in, they took them all down.

That and they had every NC high school represented at App listed on the wall. The new owners painted over them.

We gave to the Alumni Hall income statement over weekend. Did go into Mountaineer Mania to check it out. It is not the Mountaineer Mania I knew as a student. I am sure the new owners are great and hopefully the shop picks up some cool merchandise in the future. Always good to have options.

I enjoy alumni hall. My go to is High country souvenirs. Mania doesn’t seem the same.
