One thing to look at with the hiring issue is who the doing the hiring. Are the pbp'ers ASU employees or IMG employees? If they are employed by IMG, then the App hiring regs don't apply. If they are contracted for the radio then there are less regs.
That's what I do. I gripe and I know things.

If the announcer works for IMG then he is not being hired by anyone. He already works for IMG. He just has an addition or change in his duties.
