Yosef Club giving

I checked my Yosef Club account online and found an error. I had called back in January to set up my bank draft and somehow the total for the year got doubled. As much as I'd like to give that much I cannot. I've emailed them to get it cleared up, but just letting the group know that if you're doing bank drafts you may want to check in.
We don't slide at Appalachian State. It's a sign of weakness.

It's always a good idea to check. I'm set up to charge my credit card each month. Every month I check my account for two things - 1) did the monthly payment get made and 2) did only one monthly payment get made.

I got a reply back from Alan within 30 minutes detailing what went wrong, why, and how it was fixed. Very timely and professsionally handled! I was very impressed indeed since it was after 4:00 when he replied. Nice work, Yosef Club!

Alan has been very responsive and helpful when I've had inquiries and YC issues. A great member of our team on the mountain.
