App State Gear
Occasionally I will search the bookstore and athletic sites for new merchandise to wear. On the athletic site I run into the issue that most sizes they offer aren't made for a 6'3" guy. Bookstore has more things in my size, however their selection is limited at times. Does anyone know of another place I could be or should be looking for App State gear? On GameDay's I see many shirts worn by people that were not available on either bookstore or athletics sites. Is my best bet a local Boone merchandise store? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: App State Gear
I'm a buyer for a chain of Hallmark stores, and one of my lines is Collegiate...your best best would be to visit the local stores in Boone. Although we are growing in popularity, as a sellable product, we're still maybe 10 years away from being "mainstream" and seeing App product show up in a larger geographical region. Unfortunately, when you consider the quantities required for the factories in China to make product, App State and most of the G5 schools are small potatoes to the major collegiate companies.

Re: App State Gear
I'm 6'3-4 and 225 and i like the simple cheaper shirts you can buy locally in Boone. However, if you like spend some extra cheddar; Nike usually has good clothing for larger individuals. Also, i have bought pullovers and polo's that fit me better (or cheaper) and got a 4$ App State logo patch from the book store. You can take it to a local alteration place and they will stitch in on for like 5-10 bucks. Still cheaper than some "authorized" clothing, IMO.
