For some reason I didn't think I had to start dreading this poll until May or June.

Saw at many of parties plenty of people in Boone from Western on the weekends when I was in school. You didn't hear too many people say..."I am going to Cullowhee this weekend".

I am doing the PA for my daughter's softball games this year. I start by reading a statement about sportsmanship from the NCHSAA and then I read a short bit on media rights to the game. I was told did not have to read the media rights statement but I do. I add the quote about needing "expressed written consent and not oral implied consent." I am sitting there laughing every time I do that and no one to laugh with. No one has picked up on what I am doing. Then again, maybe I am the rare one that gets the Simpsons references.

I keep voting from all of my devices.
It doesn't look good.
I live 30 min from Brevard College and about 30 min from WCU. I graduated in '90 and I have one brand new AppState grad and two more currently enrolled. All three are great outdoor colleges, but Brevard College should win this but they are loosing bigly to Lees McRae. Liberty is killing UVA. It is a mess of a popularity contest.
All vote as often as you can.

"I go to App and I think it’s a horrible school. No freedom of speech. Professors calling you out for your political views. Administration has their own political agenda that effects the quality of academics. Faculty are told to push liberal ideology, some push more politics on students then actual class content. SGA president with a felony elected against the rules by “unknown means” purely because of pressure to have a minority as president since App struggles with diversity numbers. Not very proud to go here. Can’t wait to get out."
I wonder if the underlined is true.
I heard this sentiment from an App student with whom I chatted recently. Concerning.

Sounds about like most Universities these days.
