Sorry to hear Dr. Larson has passed. He was truly a great professor and an even better person. Hundreds, if not thousands, of App alums owe their claim to passing ALL four parts of the CPA exam on the first try to this man.

Sad, sad news. Have many fond memories of Dr. Larson. One of the hardest professors, but also the Best at his profession. Prepared me for so much in my career and not just from an Accounting perspective.
Truly a great man.
Truly a great man.

Thanks Saint for letting us know. Dr. Larson was instrumental in preparing me for the accounting profession. I had the utmost respect for him and learned much about how to tackle projects from him. He will be greatly missed.

I had Dr. Larson for Intermediate 2 in summer school... he worked our tails off, but so thankful for his drive and passion as a professor. I count myself fortunate to have learned from him, and yes, he helped me pass all four parts of the CPA exam first time through. Great man and he loved to see it when the students really clicked and dialed into the learning process. I NEVER showed up to his class unprepared and that made all the difference. Thanks Dr. Larson.
