The master time setting for the board is correct. Users who are logged in control their own time settings. It can be adjusted in the User Control Panel.

Yeah..I knew that. But sometimes trying to explain how to change something can cause more problems than just making a quip.
Just for everyone to know go to User Control Panel. Then click on the tab for Board Preferences. First section to come up is Edit Global Settings. My Timezone is five down. And if the time isn't set correctly there will be a Suggested UTC time in gray. Clicking on that will change you to the correct time.
That should be easy enough.
