I've been monitoring the MMB's member list for a while now, and have raised an eyebrow at some of the recent member names. Here is an example of some of the newly registered board members:

Again, just a small sample. These members have not posted once on this board as well. Can any of the admins provide some more information on this?

I'd guess they are spammers and are being caught before their posts show up to the general population.

Yep. Lots of spam postings lately. I think we've caught most of them, but they are relentless.

I see. Are spam bots now able to bypass the registration question these days?

Yes a lot of the weird names are spammers. The questions portion can deter most automatic spammers but human spammers are much more difficult to stop from registering. Not sure why the sudden increase but I'm working on a few improvements on the back end of things to try and prevent more of that so that Glenn and Co. don't have to use their own time messing with them.

Just keep up with your meds schedule and quit eating those lead paint chips and you're be fine in no time. I still find my cravings for red clay mud pies every now and again.
