I haven't been able to get the goApp app for my iPhone to work lately. Maybe I'm late and there's another thread for this. Is the old app being ditched for an updated one to match the new site? I didn't see anything new in the app store.

I can always watch games at home through the espn3 app on apple TV, but it's get to have news/info on the go as well.

When the website was redesigned a couple of months ago, that app went dead and is no longer supported. I have not heard anything about the creation of a new mobile app

A modern website does not need an app.

I agree that responsive design makes many native apps redundant. If that's the case, why not discontinue your app?

Based on the OP's comments the old app no longer works and there's not a new one to replace it. Sounds discontinued to me.

I misunderstood. I thought the app was still available through the app store, but was no longer being updated. I see now that it's not in the app store anymore, so yeah, discontinued.
