On scout it says Rick committed a "cash donation" but the Democrat just says committed. Not to split hairs or that it really matters but I was just wondering if it is an actual one time cash donation, several yearly donations that add up to $10m or is it contingent on the sale of a piece of property?

And Shine, what I was told a while back was it was a straight up single gift donation. After hearing that and 10 Mil I didn't ask any more questions.
