It's looking mighty impressive, as well. I can see folks getting it confused with the hospital.

That’s why the hospital purchased a large tract of land with the old barn that is across the street from CVS.
I think the current goal is to build an entirely new hospital on that land and use the existing hospital as either a nursing home or outpatient facility

You can bet Chapel Hill and EZU will get more than their fair share of this. At least they usually do.
The $79 million building was partially financed by $70 million from the Connect NC Bond package and, according to Hayes, "will be the first UNC system building funded by that bond package to be completed."

Glad to see there are graduate degrees offered and a physician assistant program.
