It is great that we are #5 of 16 but we have a long way to go to be #1.

I am not sure where we were 5, 10, 20 yrs ago but I suspect we have made significant progress over that time. I know this has been a priority for App for many years. Anybody know what the post freshman drop out rate is for App? I know that has always been the largest problem area.

Our current freshman to sophomore year retention rate is 89%. That ranks 20% above the national average.
If serving is beneath you, then leading is beyond you.

Top three is within reach, as long as we do it the right way.
