The visiting team will use the Quinn as its locker room. Our guys will continue to use the current Athletic Center locker rooms. Once the new facility is finished, the visitors will use our current locker rooms and we will use North End Zone facility locker rooms.
My first thought upon reading this, are we really going to put the opposing team in the middle of our fans multiple times walking back and forth to our current locker room?
Imagine the stink walking up that hill and across the concourse with App Fans packed in like sardines on either side. I see that being a ticking time bomb.

So we’ll have to keep roping off the concourse and the visiting team will come down the ramp? This seems really stupid.

There are several options that won't be too disruptive to fans. They could walk out by The Rock garden and up the street or they can walk up the emergency ramp by the Block A of bushes on the hill. There won't be too much of an interaction with fans.

09 was referring to visiting team using our CURRENT lockers, that does require blocking the concourse, after next year (2020) when APP moves to North Endzone.
Visiting team dressing in Quinn is going to be one 'smell of a Hess' and logistics nightmare. Hudspeth would be fuming!!!

This might be a post for a different thread, but anyone know how long we have to keep using the blow up helmet for the team entrance? Imagine how cool it would be to build a cave-like structure over the entrance of the tunnel for the team to run out of instead of a hardees blow up helmet. Could elevate an already awesome entrance.
It would be great if we could emerge from a holler.
Build a little log cabin at the tunnel exit and have the team pouring out of the front door! We could have the Darlin’ boys playing a tune right before the come barreling out of there!

Yes. The visiting team crossing the field to go by the student section and up the walk and across the concourse under the home stands to use the nice home locker room is a very bad idea. It saves some money and space in the new building but that is a bad idea.
