The field is separated from the pond by Trivette. Only the field has been gated. The trees have been cut and are in a pile. I’m not a tree hugger by any means. but Why couldn’t those trees have been transplanted? I’m a GC and that can be done as inexpensive as cutting and hauling off. Those trees were quite old and mature. Transplanting then would have been severely cost prohibitive. They’ve definitely thought about green space and ground permeability with this project. Stadium lot will be replaced with dorms and green space.
