I've also been curious about this, especially with all the recent changes in the athletics development office that appears to have occurred...though we haven't heard much about those.

Kidd Brewer Stadium – North End Zone
Construction of a new multi-story building to include a kitchen for catering events on campus, beautiful meeting and banquet space, coaches' offices, locker rooms, weight training, hydrotherapy, a team store, ticketing, nutrition science research areas, and premium seating for 1,000 football fans.
Why? Owens, like many of us, was starting to decline at 45 years old. The new facility will provide much needed year-round meeting space and puts a great face on the entrance to the stadium.

Prior to Owens coming down, the facilities in the tower was primarily FB and BBall(?) only. A majority of the other sports were still using the WT & AT in Owens.NewApp wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2019 6:30 pmAren't hydrotherapy and weight training already available in the present complex?appgrouch wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2019 2:59 pmKidd Brewer Stadium – North End Zone

What is your source for Dec 2020? I was still tracking Aug 2020 in time for home opener.

I see they've started bringing in concrete piping. I saw a concrete truck out there yesterday but they didn't pour anything. Anybody know when they plan to start digging foundation?

It looks like they’re resuming construction. It seemed like it came to a halt for a few weeks. Nice to see progress.

If all of the indoor space isn't enclosed by mid-Nov., the fall-2020 open house festivities will be seriously at risk. The gen. contractors and subs may be working 24x7 shifts this time next year.

Re: Appstate Endzone Camera
Perhaps the seating is completed for the start of the 2020 Season and the indoor areas are not completed until later that Winter. Purely speculation, but they could put an emphasis on the revenue producing part of the project and bring the rest of the facility online later.
