App State Sports iPhone App
Is there one? I want to be able to listen to the broadcast of games while at the game without bringing my little FM radio and tuning to 87.7. Use my iPhone with my air pods to listen to the broadcast!!

Re: App State Sports iPhone App
TuneIn app is what you are looking for I am sure. I have this on an Android phone, and I am sure they have an iOS version.
When muliple sports are in action one can select one or more games to stream using the webpage, but with the TuneIn app I am not sure how to do this (say FB and VB or both basketball teams are playing.)

Re: App State Sports iPhone App
The iPhone (since version 5S) has had an FM chip, but Apple refuses to activate it due to some stupid ongoing 5-year squabble with NPR. One of these years, they'll roll out a phone with an FM tuner for *just* an extra $250.
Take a look here until that Rolls-Royce Apple phone comes along...

FWIW, the old goasu.com had an iPhone app on iTunes. When App changed over to appstatesports.com I just didn't bother to look for a compatible app. I went with the XM radio app and a Sangean DT-200x pocket FM for in-stadium and at the beach. (iPhone screens and sand aren't on friendly terms)

If you don't mind using data and you can get a decent signal for the phone you will like the TuneIn app.

While at the games, is the TuneIn app real time? No delay?McLeansvilleAppFan wrote: ↑Fri Mar 29, 2019 8:28 pmIf you don't mind using data and you can get a decent signal for the phone you will like the TuneIn app.

As I recall, there's a slight delay. The signal gets routed through several portals before it gets to your ears.

I think TuneIn is ahead of the video feed from ESPN+ but behind the same audio feed being sent over analog radio, which is live to 5 seconds delayed for blocking potential "words.".
If TuneIn is ahead of the other feed then you can adjust the TuneIn audio to sync up by delaying TuneINbut if TuneIn is behind the live in-stadium events then I have not found out a good way to pause the live action to sync in that manner.

Speaking of physics, I thought of a physics pun/joke.
The reason the magnetic field is represented by the letter B is because Bayley is a rebound magnet.
