It's been a few weeks since he was let go by the Hornets. Does anyone know what the heck happened? he was solid in that job I thought.

Oh wow, just looked into this now that you mentioned it. I did not know he was let go from the Hornets as I remember last summer he mentioned the opportunity and it being his dream job. I too would be interested to hear the back story on this as it seems to be a head scratcher. I thought he did a great job on the afternoon sports radio show here in Charlotte when he was in that role.

Nobody knows. It is a very odd situation. He was doing some CBS NCAA coverage on the radio a week after he was let go, so litigation might be involved with the Hornets. Maybe a DUI or some interoffice incident? Who knows.

I didn't think he was all that good, but he was passionate about the Hornets and it was only his first year.
