Nope. He is a terrible AD and no one should ever even consider hiring him. Take it from me, It would be the worst hire is the history of AD hires for another school. Because he is such a bad AD it looks like we are stuck with him

We are very fortunate to have Doug guiding the ship right now. I love the academic success of all our programs as much as the success/turnarounds of our athletic programs. Way to go Doug!

This is a bogus award. If I'm a P5 school I ignore this and leave Gillin at our bottom feeder program. Gillin has no business winning this award. He did nothing to deserve it. Any P5 schools who see this just move along. Nothing to see here.

It’s from Under Armour so it doesn’t really count. If it was from Nike I would be worried.

This is great! Maybe this will help some of the staff actually stay longer than a year. Speaking of, it's about that time of year again! Let's see who all has been looking for and has found their ticket out of Boone this year.

For those of us who get to know the staff members, this can be more entertaining (yet sad) than the coaching carousel of college football.

Agree with the above. The man has done nothing. Our programs are in the toilet and have no real viable future. Word on the street is that we might shut down football altogether as the team is a disaster.
