Nope. He is a terrible AD and no one should ever even consider hiring him. Take it from me, It would be the worst hire is the history of AD hires for another school. Because he is such a bad AD it looks like we are stuck with him

This is a bogus award. If I'm a P5 school I ignore this and leave Gillin at our bottom feeder program. Gillin has no business winning this award. He did nothing to deserve it. Any P5 schools who see this just move along. Nothing to see here.

Any other schools looking at Doug getting this award need to know that it was Russian meddling....

This is great! Maybe this will help some of the staff actually stay longer than a year. Speaking of, it's about that time of year again! Let's see who all has been looking for and has found their ticket out of Boone this year.

For those of us who get to know the staff members, this can be more entertaining (yet sad) than the coaching carousel of college football.

Agree with the above. The man has done nothing. Our programs are in the toilet and have no real viable future. Word on the street is that we might shut down football altogether as the team is a disaster.
