It is very sad to see Justice go down. I lived there one quarter in 1973 but more important in 1960 my Dad was killed there while working as Janitor there.He was directing a coal truck and slipped on the ice and the truck ran over him and killed him. I was only 8 years old. We lived in a house that was directly behind the Duck Pond.

It is sad to see it fall. My Dad was killed there in 1960 while working as Janitor. He was directing a coal truck and slipped and fell under the truck and was run over. We lived in a house located directly behind the Duck Pond.I was only 8 years old.

I was your next door neighbor at Gardner,4th floor the summer of 76.I made a homemade tv antenna that I hung out the window and had COLOR tv in my room.

Like above, I had to see Justice and envy your large rooms as I sat in my closet sized room in Gardner. Had a few buddies that lived there. Campus is almost unrecognizable at this point.

Ps loved my sink when I moved to Frank the next year. Pissed in it countless times.

Was in Justice ‘68,69 70 with football players. Freshman year was first floor freshman football players. Three to a room. Fun times but a little crowed.

Either you or someone else has told this on here in the past, thank you for sharing again. A truly sad Appalachian moment in time. What an ordeal for you and your family and I am sure the campus as a whole...and now all these years later time just marches on.
