I'm sure RMU pays better. It'll be interesting to see if he stay involved at all. I would assume not, as college coaches (in any sport) have to focus so heavily on their current job.

He said in an interview he'd still be involved, but on the business level now. Him eventually becoming a college coach again was known to the ownership group, so they had planned on that happening. It just happened a little sooner than expected. He mentioned a lot of people with interest in the region.
