I was wondering if the football stadium is open to the public during times the team isn’t practicing. I am taking my 2 yr old to Boone next weekend and was wanting to take him to run around the field.

It generally is. Was up there last weekend and was able to walk around on the field.

Like 94 said, it generally is open. However, that may be different during Fall Camp. I know during season they are a little more strict on having it open.

Moving one of my sons in next Monday for his freshman year. When generally is practice? Do they practice any on Sunday? Wouldn’t mind taking a peak even from up on the road.

Someone mentioned on a different thread that practice was closed and there was a sign essentially stating no loitering in so many words. I am sure you could get in a a few minutes before they run you off. I would hope they are not wasting campus police in keeping someone up there just to run people off as soon as they arrive.

Do they have set time for practice? When is it typically?
