Best single game ticket parking in Boone

Gave my tickets and parking pass to a friend thinking I was not able to get up that weekend. We ended up getting tickets and just wondering where the best place would be to park and tailgate. TIA

The lot behind that bookstore that was on Colbert looks to be fun. It has trees and looks like it could be a festive atmosphere, but I bet it fills up early.
