Has anyone opened a business where the organic food store was on King Street across from the campus?

Earth Fare is still there.

It closed briefly in early 2020. Some of the stores were purchased by new ownership and reopened.

Good. I usually park there for football games by buying something inside and putting the receipt on the windshield, thus becoming a customer.
