PM message on hold

PM message on hold

How do we unlock our PM messages when it says it’s on hold? Tried to send another but won’t go without the other getting fixed.

Not sure I’ve seen on hold. It will sit in outbox until read by the recipient.

Check Inbox, Outbox and Sent. That message is only supposed to appear when one of them is full.
