Real estate networking - service providers (HVAC,painters, carpenters, general contractor)

Outside of my law enforcement career, I also work as a real estate agent here in NC. More specifically the Iredell/Mecklenburg/Cabarrus/Rowan area but have need, will travel. With that being said, I want to get a list of App alumni that are in either real estate or are service providers. This such as other Realtors, mortgage brokers, general contractors, surveyors, HVAC techs, electricians, roofers, lawn maintenance, painters, septic service, and licensed/insured handymen. If you are one of these type folks then drop your name and what you do below (and what areas you cover). I can PM you for a cell number and email.
