Looks like nearly half the team is in the portal - I counted 7.

It's like 94 mentioned on another thread...there could be any number of factors causing the exodus in addition to Coach Elderkin leaving. Players may be in the TP because they aren't a great fit for the offensive/defensive scheme Coach Sharp wants to run, or they don't want to run it. I could be wrong but I haven't heard of any lingering drama or chemistry issues with the Ladies. But who knows?
