I just tried it out and got the first quick note in chat to post, but when I tried to do a quick 2nd post in chat it said I could not post again so quickly. It's currently set at 10 seconds. If we need to decrease that time we certainly can. I'd totally get rid of the cool down timer entirely. Some of the funniest moments in chat on the old board was the quick, boom boom, of posts when big plays were happening and everyone was commenting at the same time. The fingertips were smoking.
