Both this project and the one at The Library site look like good fits. They'll both put a little more housing closer to campus, too. IIRC both of these have the parking on what one would typically think of as the back side of the building. That puts the downstairs retail spaces where they can get sidewalk foot traffic and the residential entrances closer to parking.

Try this link. The project is a mixed use residential / retail construction where the old Scottish Inn was.

I saw a crosswalk across 321 in one of the pics.
