sticky for visiting fans

Can we have a folder or thread topic somewhere that is a sticky so that visiting fans have a place that they can see all of our suggestions without all of them having to ask us every time. I think that would help make their visits easier and more hospitable if they could see it all in one place. Then we could compile all of our suggestions in to one post for all to read.
