Meh. Just 3 sacks and 3.5 TFL as a senior DE?

Im not impressed. Certainly not enough to have kept him hear and risked more bad publicity. CSU is one of the worst teams in the country anyway.

77 tackles from the DE position is insane. I think he missed 1-2 games as well.

He wouldnt have played DE if he stayed here anyways. Dale Jones had him lined up as a 250 lb DT.

CSU was 4-8. You have them confused with the 1-11 CU team.

Last I checked 68th is no where near 100.

And 105th in rushing D, 78th in sacks, and 111th in tackles for loss.

27th in pass D helps the Total D rank, but couple that with the other numbers and it tells me that their secondary guys are good, but line play is poor.

I do agree however, that Tanyi opposite of Blair would have been a good line for us. But not Tanyi as a NT, which was Dale Jones' plan. I just dont think Tanyi was worth the risk to the program.

Agree that it was a liability, but I'd like to point out that nothing more than unfounded false accusations are what made him a liability, so I was happy to see him successful at CSU.

It was a very sad turn of events. Scary what a few words can do to someone's life.

I agree x100. No way such an issue as that should have been placed before a student court. Ever. There is a principle to people are innocent until proven guilty, and the right to confront their accuser and provide evidence and witnesses.

I agree pass rush needs to be top priority we havent sacked anybody on third down since merrell hunter. top priority also needs to be some big run stuffers on interior d line if we continue with this three four mess.
