Are there any other app fans from section 203-205 front row that have to deal with the usher

Please have her fired. She has been getting worse and worse every year. Today she told little kids they could not sit on the persons lap eventhogh they wanted their kids there. She also told us front row was not allowed to stand up and cheer. She couldn't reason why but threat to go get police if didn't sit down. We have had enough of her. We contact App last year and nothing was done about her.

We sit on the front row in 205 and she always has her a** on her shoulders. She got upset about two children less than 5 y/o standing in the aisle just below their parents yesterday. I've also seen her dress down the college age kids working for the event company on several occasions in front of everyone. Completely unprofessional.
