Unacceptable east side concessions

I have one more gripe about the east side concessions. At the Troy game, my wife ordered a hot dog with cheese and chili. She got cheese in a cup that would not pour out. No knifes or spoons to spread. The week before they poured cheese on the hot dog. I also saw someone carrying nachos with the same cup of cheese. I'm tired of being treated as a second class citizen because we choose to sit on the east side. Our tickets cost us the same as those who sit on the west side. I contribute to the Yosef Club. I think we deserve better. Also, it's doesn't give a good impression to the visitors from other schools.

I walked right up with no line 6 min before kickoff. Jesus people do you expect it to be like you at home with 20K people in one spot.

Well I walked down the stairs at Penn state and bought a coke in a stadium cupp with ice around 106,000 people and didn’t wait 30 seconds .

It's a shame App won't let us bring in our own bottles of water like some of the other universities in NC do

The Panthers let us do this as well.

1. PLEASE ADD THE BOTTLE REFILL STATIONS LIKE THEY HAVE AT UNCC AND IN AIRPORTS. For a University focused on recycling and being green, we should allow personal water bottles (empty) into the game.

2. Since #1 isn't an option, I was bringing in an empty plastic bottle from our tailgate and refilling it at the water fountains. However, starting at the Ga. State game, the water fountains were turned off under the East Stands.

3. Hot dogs were out midway through the 3rd Quarter this week in the East Stands. Hot Dogs and Buns are cheap, we should not run out.

4. CAN WE PLEASE LEARN FROM THE MIAMI GAME?--Noon Kickoff equals less tailgating. Please stock the concessions with extra amounts this week. There will be a demand for lunch inside of Kidd Brewer for the Championship Game.

If we want to build our attendance and want casual fans to come back after a great game day experience, we need to excel at concessions.

Finally, can we please get a competent spotter (I hope that's the problem) for our PA Announcer. Hopefully due to misinformation, he sounds like Bob Uecker hitting the bottle in Major League. Wrong yard line, wrong down or wrong down and distance. it's not an easy job, but this matters. Bring back Steve White!

I heard for hot chocolate you had to stand in a line for a cup of hot water then stand in another line for the mix. If true, this is extremely dumb and inefficient.

We have more game thankfully and hope there is a big crowd. They need to get this right!

With the offseason for football coming, what can we do as fans to get this situation better? (Besides sending and email or phone call)

The Woodlands BBQ sandwich is always tasty and is something that we get every game. I have bought Farmer's Wife hand pies and pizza when kids were small.....

If Woodland's ever we're to stop being around I don't think that I would buy anything.

Stop talking about Woodland's...there's never a long line and I get one or two sandwiches pretty much every game and look forward to it actually...it's really not that good people so keep getting your hot dogs and nachos..

I waited 35 min at Penn State. Sometimes you hit it sometimes you don’t. We tailgated in Penn States “stadium lot” (hope some of y’all came by) had lots of fans come up and talk with us all day. Everyone complained about their concessions. It happened every where. Could we be better yes. Can you dramatically change something mid year? I don’t think so. I will reserve judgment until next year and see if changes are made to better the entire process.

Parking will get resolved. A short term pain for a long term betterment of campus.

Concessions everywhere are an issue. It is all about timing. I am sure Doug will resolve this off season.

Let's be thankful it's not our football program that has these problems.

This is inaccurate and maybe you were trying to have sarcasm in your post. I've had my group of 6 go to every home game this year and have tried at various times during the games. Its just bad all the way around.

The Troy game was not crowded and still the lines were terrible for almost everything. Got to get this better if we want people to keep coming!

According to the NC plumbing code, a water fountain is required per 1,000 people for this occupancy . If water fountains aren’t provided there should be coolers and cups available for free.

Here's a tip that I am reluctantly sharing: The fried fish stand behind the score board sold me a paper plate FULL of hot french fries and a bottle of water for $4 in the 3rd quarter. No line and they were awesome! Check em out.
