Uhh, why? All 10 of their students that make the trip get in for free. All 6000+ of ours get the same deal. I just don't like the things we have to give up for home field advantage to make it "neutral", but I'm sure I'll feel the opposite if we ever play one of these on the road and our students can and will travel to the game. It's not that I don't like our students getting in for free, they should get in free. I didn't realize the OP said hopefully about our students.

Seems weird that we “could” have less of a crowd tomorrow with students on campus then we had on Thanksgiving Saturday without students being there. My voice is just coming back from last week.

What is weird is that we will be disappointed in attendance but still beat the attendance at the Pac12 championship game last night. That was a true embarrassment.

Quality fans beat quantity today. Crappy weather, but we had 14,963 quality fans there. We were loud as hell today and made a difference. Got 2 whole weeks to get my voice back before NOLA.

I hate all the aluminum fans present today. This team and coaches deserve so much better than that. Bunch of fair weather, there to socialize, in our fan base. Need more die hards. Truly embarrassing for first ever Sunbelt championship game. Pisses me off. My 2 cents. Can anyone really blame Satt if he goes to the big leagues?

I thought attendance was pretty good actually. It was a game scheduled with a week's notice, the weather was beyond awful, and it was nationally televised. Not sure how you could expect much better.
