FYI, Georgia Tech gave up an average of 29.3 points/gm this season, while NC State gave up 24.9/gm (per cfbstats.com). Stats can be used to make any point you want to make, if you pick and choose the right ones. In this instance, a coach who most would argue as a home run (Woody), led a defense that gave up 5 more points per game than the guy many are arguing will be the worst hire in ASU football history.

Hang on, look at the schedules between the two teams. State didn't play WVU and GT had Georgia and also played Clemson. Those stats you offer are misleading for your argument.

Granted, I doubt he’d throw anyone under the bus if he did feel poorly about any coaching decisions.
