I bought one of the program books for 5 bucks. It is well done but 2019 schedule and future schedules were omitted. Disappointed.

They were available upon entering the West gates.

I got one at West Gate entrance.

At 2:30 when I entered KBS there were Numerous points of sale along west entrance leading up the pavement to the west concourse. I bought one, then being a big dummy, I left it behind as we exited.

There you have it , I entered on the east and walked over to the west. I would have thought ....oh never mind.
