Assuming we win the rest of our conference games, does Georgia Southern have to lose another one for us to be in the conference championship game instead of them since they won the head to head?

Yes, we need Ga Southern to lose one more conference game. Even if we win out they'd advance to the conference championship game since they hold the tie-breaker over us. Conceivably, there could be a 3 or 4 way tie for the East division and then there's a waterfall of tie-breakers determinations to choose the East winner. Simplest path for us is to win out and for Ga Southern to lose at least once more.

Yes. They have the tiebreaker , a head to head win. As it should be.
