Yup. He is Arkansas plan D. And has been.

Plan C is Harsin. If Harsin says no, then Drink is ready but has a large list of demands/requests. To help leverage that, he's interviewed with Mizzou as well.

Arkansas AD has a tough decision to make. Agree to Drinks requests for their plan D and a coach with only 1 year experience with another coach's players? Or pass on him for someone like Butch Davis.

I have no idea if Drink will take the Arkansas job if offered. He could just be leveraging all of this to get more from us.

We just have to let it play out.

He may be playing hardball with Arkansas and using a Mizzou as leverage. If he doesn’t get what he wants, he can hold out and continue to develop what he has here and get himself more experience for the next offer.

The hold up at Arkansas was not agreeing on the buy out number. I can't imagine Mizzou would have more money than Jerry Jones and John Tyson to pony up.. but, he is a top candidate for Mizzou right now.
