I’ll thank him and wish him well, but honestly he’ll probably be forgotten before long. It’s a shame, but this is the reality of where we are in the grand scheme of things. I’m all for a hire with ties to get some continuity. We need it if this is all true.

Hire the most capable coach that is likely to stay at least 4 years whether he has roots with ASU or not. If Roof is the best fit in that regard, hire him.

If it’s trie it’s a better gig than Arkansas.
It’s also going to piss off the Trustees because they were pushing for an established name. I wouldn’t put Drink in that status yet.

If true, can’t say I wouldn’t take the millions and set up my family but, huge risk by Drink and Missouri. He doesn’t even have a recruiting class in.

Pretty disappointing few hours after our biggest year as a FBS. The business of football has me a little down

All Drink had to do was not screw up the year and it was a good thing we played ETSU and Charlotte in the first two games or he would have done just that - He added nothing of value in my opinion - he just used these young men as a stepping stone - GOOD RIDDANCE and take Roof with you
