I think it's ridiculous that we're trying to get rid of "kick ass" in our fight song. "Win apps" just doesn't get me fired up.

I don't know if it's unpopular by this board, but these are unpopular with a few of my friends:
- I hate the gold pants & helmets (actually more yellow than gold)
- I've never enjoyed sitting on the hill. Sorry, but i don't like grass stains or mud stains on my pants.
- Taylor Lamb was average and held us back from winning more games.
- The Yosef logo should be used less.

Agree 1,000%. We're better than that and it's also too much like the low-class, tacky GATA thing Ga Southern has. Looks like we're trying to copy them on something.

GATA was actually something started by the early/mid 90's App team and was stolen by Georgia Southern when they rekindled the rivalry. I have had more than one former player explain that to me.

Definitely agree with ya on the hill, but sounds like they are going to improve upon it a lot in the off-season (hopefully they do bc that's where I'll be sitting in 2020 )

I agree with those. I think there have been times that Thomas has held us back from winning by more at times but he has more talent than Lamb. Thomas needs to work on being a more consistent passer. His ability to run and extend plays have allowed us to do some things that Lamb and some before him just could not do.

According to this article, it says they do it. Doesn’t say when they picked up the tradition. I would assume it’s a common tradition with slight variations across the country, without anyone really “taking it” from someone else.

My unpopular opinion is to get rid of the billboard wrap of the brick in KBS. That’s something I don’t think is very classy

This is BY FAR the tradition that needs to come back loud and proud. I don’t think the students know it and maybe the last ten years of students.

No students or recent graduates say "Give 'Em Hell."
Here's an unpopular opinion (and possibly the reason why they've stopped using it):

2 syllables ("Kick Ass") works much better at the end of the fight song than three ("Give 'Em Hell").
