I have no clue what the protocol is. 14 days? When did it start? We are only 11 days away from the game. So I would assume they won’t play unless there is testing during quarantine that can release them.
I have heard 10 days at other schools and testing for the trace students.

I dont. Ive heard too much behind the scenes about Zac and his approach/preparation to the game, and this is 2 seasons in a row where I'm seeing that translated on the field.
Based on his accolades and his record on the field, it’s hard to see what you’re speaking of especially when everything you post is always so cryptic.
Dude, if you can’t see zacs drop off since the PSU game, you’re blind.
I see a QB who’s gone 24-4, won OPOY, All Sunbelt, two conference championships, two bowl games and is on every major QB award watch list all while adapting to what’s his third head coach.
Spot on. And let's review the 4 losses: the first was his first start at Penn State and took them to OT.
The second was against Georgia Southern his first season starting and he was taken out in the first series by an uncalled illegal hit to the helmet.
The third was a 3 point loss to Georgia Southern on a horrible weather night in Boone with tons of dropped passes.
And then the fourth was last week at Marshall with a missed field goal and the infamous TE fumble in the red zone.
Zac is a winner but he can't do it completely alone...he needs all of the other guys to do their jobs also.
One could easily make the argument the other guys doing their jobs is WHY he’s a winner. It’s nothing personal but he’s been pretty pedestrian this year. And not only stats. His accuracy has been average at best and he still looks like he’s just out there going through the motions to me.

I see what you are saying, but keep in mind that the only receiver in the mix this week, who was in the mix last week was Hennigan.
The was no Sutton, Pearson, M. Williams, M. Williams, Virgil, Evans, or Peoples. Three games, three totally different line-uos at the skill positions.
Also, Zac has always appeared to be a better passer to me when he is in rhythm. The game plans the last too weeks have not lended a rhythm to the passing game. There were two series before and after halftime, where he appeared to be in rhythm today.

I am in agreement with you. I really don’t understand why we are so hell bent on making him the second coming of Taylor lamb. 150 yards a game and not much else

Well, great win. With that said, not sure offense will be able to run between tackles against ULL. In addition, defense needs returning players from covid....AND DC needs to be prepared from snap 1 versus figuring out what the offense is trying to do... hopefully a week and half of practice helps.

Guys we have three senior WRs that were borderline all conference last year and recruited some studs, I have no idea what is going on with the passing game.

Assistant coach turnover may be a much bigger problem than the HC.
BINGO
I hope I end up being wrong about this, but I’m not impressed with Petersen, and it takes Jones an hour and a half to watch “60 Minutes.” He takes forever to make adjustments.

One offensive aspect I did like was that we did sprinkle in some option plays to get RBs to outside as well as this provided some one on one matchups with LBs or DBs. I realize our current RBs may not be caliber of Evans from prior year, however, I do believe they can win many one on one matchups on the outside for several yards. I wonder how the backup receivers grade out on film for blocking on Saturday. Seems coach has not been too happy with Virgil blocking.

Noel did an outstanding job. He is a bit undersized and known primarily for speed but he was dragging defenders yesterday! I was very impressed! He looks like the real deal!

He might have helped against the Herd. “He only needs 18 inches of daylight “

Agree. He is our fastest back and that is saying a lot with the speed we have. There is no reason to hold any freshmen back if they have most of the playbook down and have that tyep of speed with it not counting against them this year.

I also hope we see a little more of Eli Wilson at tight end because we need to develop that depth big time. Loved seeing some backup OL provide some additional run blocking.

I see a lot of similarities to daryington same quickness and he sees the hole as good as any back on our team.

Even had some defensive lineman step in and do some run blocking.
