BOA Parking
I’ve never been to BOA stadium so I don’t know what the parking situation will be like for the ECU game. Is it best to purchase parking ahead of time using an app like ParkWhiz or will there be plenty of lots close to the stadium that make that unnecessary? Just don’t want to have a long walk to the stadium. Any parking lot recommendations? Thanks.

Re: BOA Parking
Mint Street Parking Deck is a great option and will $40 on game day. Centrally located and directly across from the stadium. Knights stadium is on the other end of the block and this spot will put you right in the middle of the action for pregame festivities.

Re: BOA Parking
Parking is not as much the problem as tailgating. Many of the lots won’t be available till 5ish because of the workday so that puts a serious crimp on pregame festivities. This has been a problem for Panthers weeknight games over the years.

Re: BOA Parking
The Mint Street deck requires monthly parkers to exit early at least by 3pm----most leave early. The upper deck is open and is pretty sweet tailgate spot. If you want to go earlier you will be further away from the stadium.

Re: BOA Parking
Looking for recommendations on the best way to obtain parking in the Mint St. Deck. Is one of the parking apps better than others?

Re: BOA Parking
Is anyone planning to park farther away and take the light rail and then walk to the stadium? I am not sure if I am meeting people there or they pick me up on the way to Charlotte. But the Sugar Creek station has free parking, as most of the park and ride parking lots have free parking, and $4.40 for round trip fare. Light rail runs every 20 minutes it seems and runs until around 1 am. After the game there could be a longer wait time between trains as the trains start running every 30 minutes.
