Seat V Gen Admission?

Ok, need help. Bringing my fam, my kids for the first time. If you buy a seat ticket, can you meander over to the grasshill gen admin section if they want to roam around or are only ppl with gen admin tix allowed into the grass section? Thanks in advance!

You can go to Gen adm just by having access to the stadium
