New ribbon board on NEZ facade?

I am looking at the stadium web cam and it appears they are installing a ribbon board along the base of the NEZ. Does anyone know if this is accurate?

Looks that way, I'm just curious if they're extending it to the ends. I don't see any more mounting brackets and if they are adding it to the ends, hope the weather holds out for them today since we have a game tomorrow!

They are going to have to have a scoreboard with a game clock and play clock which I don't see yet -

Play clock is right above the ribbon on the left when looking at the NEZ

Rode by the stadium yesterday and much work was being done. A crew was finishing the Jerry Moore Plaza and getting set up to install the statue.
