Ohio is NOT good - last week they lost to the football powerhouse from Pittsburgh - oh, not Pitt, but Duquesne from the great NEC conference

Unless they’ve changed something, there’s reason to play them. They offer like 30 scholarships, so a win over them wouldn’t even count towards a bowl.

Attendance is a bad look, looks like 2k would be generous from TV angles.

I would guess that many people in the south Louisiana who might have come to this game are busy picking up after the hurricane that came through 2 weeks ago.

But Laffy Taffy has never had great attendance.

Sad, but true. Weather was drizzly down there yesterday and not good the week leading up to the game. There was also some talk about the administration screwing up the game day experience last week.

IMO we should try to schedule MAC teams like Ohio instead of paying FCS teams like ETSU or Elon to come to Boone.
