Gone. Transferring to Limestone.
That sounds like a giant step down but OTOH, he should be the number 1 QB there. :?:

Hope it works out for him.In other news, we made several offers over the weekend so that's heating up.

Make that $25 bet payable to the MAF
Where is the depth chart? And what is MAF?
There wouldn’t be a depth chart after day one of camp. MAF is the new overarching Yosef Club. It stands for Mountaineer Athletic Fund.
So the order after Brice has not been settled, I’ll hold off on that check. 🤣
I would say that you can fill it out. Just don’t sign it right now.

If you don't mind holding a post-dated check until the first of the month, I'll also get in on this action.

So I’m guessing either Berger is doing really well or Tabscott is not.

I hope both stay...both are very capable. It's hard for me to see someone with 2 years left to come here for depth.

I watched some of Burger’s highlight reel. One thing I noticed about him is his ability to scramble to buy more time, much like Levi at Louisiana or Russel Wilson-ish. He appears to have a strong arm. I don’t know about his running abilities or short game, didn’t see any of that. Didn’t see any read option type plays.

I am curious.... do any of our QBs have the arm strength with accuracy.
From strength perspective, similar to Chase?
If yes, we have part of the equation for a really good QB....the other part being how they would play in a game...which time will tell on that front.

At this point I would say no. A bit unfair to compare a 17 and 19 year old to a 24 year old.

Tabscott and Berger are good, we need not worry. Still we should be recruiting another HS QB every year.

We do. Our problem is that we have had too many misses in the position.
