Stroud is big barely runs- has like 80 yards rushing with a 44 yarder. Hooker is big. DJU at Clemson is about the same size as Chase.
Kentucky’s qb weighs 235 pounds. Those dudes are all big. It’s so stupid to think we should put a 170 pound scat back back there. I don’t even know what he’s talking about. But I usually don’t anyway

If Clemson manages to make the CFP by default, they will get waxed. And for CJ, 217/218 vs 235-240+ is night and day difference. Bottom line, Clemson is overrated and Stroud would walk the dog on CB. It’s time to begin our progression back to relevance, start Burger and Kanye the last two games. If we want to RS Kanye, simply don’t play him the bowl game assuming he and Burger ball out the last two reg season games. It’s not rocket science, unless rules have changed…allowed 4 games and still able to RS. But I digress, I’m just another regular joe blow who doesn’t know anything. 🥴
Don't you think that if our coaches could land a 4-5 star Heismann level type QB they would do it? You make the process sound so easy. I do agree that Kanye should be playing.

The amount of sheer stupidity that has permeated this board in the last 2 weeks is mind boggling.

Yo, all I can/will say is: don’t mistake passion and stupidity. You either have the dog in you or you don’t. 2022 App State football players does not have the dog in them, at least not the difference makers.

Some backs, some defensive players, some receivers has what it takes, but more do not have it and we have a 5-5 record as a result.

And just to be 100% crystal clear, our QB does not have that dog. If he did, he’s had his entire career to prepare his body physically to be more mobile and not chunky. He literally has a dad bod. Let me hear you naysayers!!!

I thought he was a troll, so I went back and looked at some of his earlier posts. I actually agree with some of what he had to say at that point. I think his frustration (we are all frustrated) is being channeled into some unique perspectives. CB, a Pro Style QB, should work to turn himself into Lamar Jackson and if not, he has no value.

What happened to our team, program and fans having mental toughness, grit and a thick skin vs being “offended” at the first sign of criticism? Accept the cold hard truth and fight for change or just fade back into Appalayshun state territory. Y’all can call me all the names you want, because I will never back down nor change my opinion til our program makes the necessary changes to be a premier G5 team/program. Premier = top 10 if not top 5.

Also, CB is the equivalent of a Sam Darnold or Jimmy Clausen. And we all know how they fared/are faring in the league…. But y’all just keep being pro-CB. :?

Both excellent college quarterbacks. For the purpose of what we are trying to accomplish at this level, I'll take Chase being on par with those two. What happens in The League is up to Chase.

From the horrible television perspective Saturday it appeared that the conditions up at Marshall were not ideal for throwing the ball. Several of CB's throws looked really off target but of course he was rushed and could not set his feet repeatedly. A few times he tucked it and tried to run the ball which looked questionable but he gave it his best shot. Our offense has not looked crisp in a long time. When was the last time we had one of those 8 play 80 yard 3 minute type drives?

Plays his heart out , takes a beating , can zing it if he gets time , slow afoot ,questionable decision making .Must be our best chance to win if we are sticking with him , that is the object of the game.
