Re: Official Buried treasure prediction thread
For clarity on the ECU/Marshall score, it was 17-13 until Marshall scored with 7:11 remaining in 4th. Then once more to get the final of 31-13. Who knows? Just wanted to throw it out thereMrCraig wrote: ↑Thu Sep 14, 2023 9:24 amI'm genuinely curious why some of y'all think this will be a close game? What has ECU shown? Yes, they've played two good teams. Sure, they don't want to lose three in a row. However, I don't see anything that makes me think ECU is very good this year. App took a top 25 ranked team with a pre-season Heisman candidate QB into double OT last week. ECU got smoked by Marshall. I may be wrong, but I don't think I am.

I can see this as a real possibility. And afterwards, folks will lose their collective minds over ECU scoring more points than their first two games combined.

Don't worry, there are people here who will be more than happy to tell them how stupid they are.

I always tell people.... I did not call you stupid.... I simply asked if you were stupid...AppSt94 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 15, 2023 9:10 amI can’t recall anyone calling someone “stupid” but ok.appst89 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 15, 2023 8:18 amDon't worry, there are people here who will be more than happy to tell them how stupid they are.
